Knissat Shabbat and Motzei Shabbat appear only when giving a date that is a saturday.
Please notice the time given for kabbalat shabbat is 18 minutes before sunset. In some communities, it is earlier (for example 30 minutes in Tsfat and 40 minutes in Jerusalem). In summer in Paris, since sunset is very late, most communities start shabbat earlier at a fixed time between 7:30 pm and 8:30pm (after Plag Hamincha and before knissat shabbat given above).
Paris is GMT+1 in winter. Time changes to GMT+2 from the last saturday night of March till the last saturday night of October. This is taken into account in the zmanim above when the box DST/Heure d'ete is checked.
